Professional Christmas light hangers. Professional roofers.
We hang the lights and check your roof while we are up there. Warm white, or multicolor.
We hang the lights and check your roof while we are up there. Warm white, or multicolor.
We hang holiday lights for a living and we roof the rest of the year. So when we are on your roof in November, we look at it the way a roofer looks at it.
Warm white, or the classic multicolor strands: red, then blue, then green, a different color on every bulb. You plug them in and they run. We cut them to your roofline and hide the wire.
The whole roof gets walked. Shingles, pipe boots, flashing, valleys, vents. You get the photos and a short write up the next day.
Hail or wind damage usually goes through your insurance, not your pocket. We photograph it, write it up, meet your adjuster, and do the work the claim covers. Anything outside the claim is quoted to you first.
Hanging lights means walking every roof plane. So we check the things that fail first in Georgia: after hail, after wind, after a long hot summer.
Photos within one business day. If the roof is fine, we tell you it is fine and leave it alone. If it is storm damage, the repair runs through your insurance. Roof work runs through our roofing company, phoenixroofingusa.com.
Reviews from Phoenix Roofing USA, the roofing company behind this crew.
From start to finish, Phoenix Roofing and Restoration exceeded our expectations. The crew was on time every day, kept the job site spotless, and delivered a beautiful new roof ahead of schedule.
I was nervous about dealing with insurance, but their team walked me through the process step by step. They handled the paperwork and worked directly with my adjuster.
What stood out the most was their honesty and professionalism. Frankie explained every detail clearly, and I never once felt pressured.
That is the roofline price. We measure at your house, give you the footage and the total, and nothing is ordered until you say go.
Eight dollars per linear foot of roofline, measured at the house.
$8 a foot
Separate from the roofline. Same eight dollars per foot of trunk and branch wrapped.

The whole roof walked, photographed and written up. Free, with an install or on its own.

Most two storey fronts around here run 110 to 150 feet, so about $880 to $1,200. Trees are quoted separately at the same eight a foot. Strands, clips, timer, mid season service and January storage are in the price, and the lights stay ours, so there is no rental line.
Thirty minutes at the house. We measure the roofline, walk the roof and talk about what you want lit.
You get a drawing: layout, bulb type, where the cords run. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
One day for most homes. Everything is tested at dusk before we leave, and we set the timer before we go.
We come back the first two weeks of January, take it down, coil it, store it, and walk the roof again.
What happens to the lights when the season ends, and what it costs to do it again.
We come back in the second week of January, weather allowing, and take down every strand, clip and timer. The roof gets walked again on the way down.
Every strand is coiled and racked in our storage. In September each run is tested socket by socket, and anything failed is repaired or replaced before it goes back on your house.
The lights are already cut to your roofline and in our racks, so the second year is less work. That saving comes off the price of the season after.
The good weeks go first. The week after Thanksgiving is usually booked out by early October, and mid December dates are gone before that. Put your date down now and the discount holds.
The two discounts stack: 10% for coming back, 5% for reserving early. Say so when you send the form and we will put both on the quote before you commit to anything.
Roswell, and about twenty minutes out from it. Further than that, ask anyway. We take a few houses a year out that way.
Anything else, put it in the form. A person reads it, not a bot.
For hail or wind damage, usually yes. We photograph the whole roof, write the report, and meet your adjuster on site. The carrier pays for the covered work, so a new roof is not coming out of your pocket. Anything the claim does not cover we quote to you before we touch it.
No. We do not do flashing as a standalone repair, and we do not reseal it on a roof we are only hanging lights on. If the flashing has failed, we photograph it, put it in the report, and it gets done when the roof is replaced through your insurance claim.
Eight dollars per linear foot of roofline. We measure at your house and you get the exact total before anything is ordered. Trees are separate, also eight dollars a foot wrapped.
We own the lights. Strands, clips, wire and timer stay in our racks between seasons, which is why there is no rental fee on the invoice.
Yes, the standard multicolor strands where every bulb is a different color down the line. You just plug them in. Warm white is still what most houses get.
Message us and we are back within two business days. It is covered by the install, not a new ticket.
It is a walk and a photo report. If the roof is sound you get a clean report and nothing else. If the photos show damage we quote the repair, and you can say no.
We have filed lighting plans with associations in Roswell and Alpharetta. We can hand you the drawing and bulb schedule to submit, or send it in for you.
September and early October get the best dates. The week after Thanksgiving goes first, usually by early October, and mid December dates are gone before that.
You do not. They stay in our racks so the run matches your roofline exactly next season. If you sell the house or want to keep them, tell us and we will quote a buy out.
Your strands stay in storage. After two seasons without an install we recycle them unless you ask us to keep holding them.
Yes, they stack. Ten percent for coming back, five percent for reserving your date early. Mention both on the form and they go on the quote.
Tell us the town, about how much roofline, and whether you want warm white, multicolor or RGB. We answer within one business day.
Roof checks are free, with an install or on their own.
Got it.
We call or text within one business day, usually the same afternoon. If the roof needs a second look we will say so on the call.
