What we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, town, email if you give one, roughly how much roofline you have, anything you type in the notes box, and whether you ticked the messages box. That is all.

Why we use it

To call you back about a quote, to schedule and do the work, and to keep a record of the job. If you ticked the messages box, also to send you service messages and early booking dates.

Texts and emails

Only if you tick the box. Every text tells you to reply STOP to stop texts, and every email tells you to reply to be removed. Opting out does not affect your quote.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details and we do not trade them. They are stored on our website's database and are seen by the people who answer the phone. Our hosting, email and text providers process them on our behalf, nothing more.

How long we keep it

We keep a lead for two seasons. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it, unless we still need the record for a job that is under way or for a legal claim.

Your choices

Call 678-234-6934 or email info@phoenixroofingusa.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few days.

Cookies

This site does not run advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set a basic technical cookie to keep the site running properly.

Children

The form is for adults arranging work on their own home. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 13.
